Landed
INT model named in NHS England's case-study cycle
Stockton's Integrated Neighbourhood Team approach was published by NHS England as a worked case study, alongside Tyneside, in the neighbourhood-approach examples cycle.
How it landed. It put the INT footprint into the public record, in language the other forty-two pioneer ICBs can cite without asking permission. The local conversation now has a national reference point.

Issue #003 publishes: How Stockton-on-Tees stopped waiting for permission
Sovereign Meridian's Round 1 reading of Stockton ships Wednesday 13 May. Reads the INT showcase against the wider Wave 1 picture and asks why nobody is yet capturing the outcome data the Wave 1 evaluation will turn on.
How it landed. Frames a specific operational suggestion: cohort capture (EQ-5D-5L plus PAM, on Apple HealthKit and Android Health Connect, no PII to RiDraw) piloted at one Stockton INT footprint as a four-week Snapshot, bound A5 outcome book to the ICB board.

Five Elements
purpose80
INT model is the strategic anchor. Combined Authority alignment with health is genuine.
place75
River Tees corridor; freeport reconfiguring industrial geography; town centres in regeneration.
habitat60
Estuary and brownfield ecological context. Ribbon of green infrastructure.
environment85
Industrial air quality legacy + hydrogen / decom transitions = mixed signal. New monitoring needed.
organisation90
Tees Valley Combined Authority + ICB + LA: strong governance triangle, mature relationships.
The two seats
Every NNHIP site has, by NHS design, two dominant commissioner seats. Stockton-on-Tees names both.
Acute seat
North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. Holds A&E presentation patterns, occupational respiratory load from the chemical-industries belt, and the social-work duty across Tees Valley industrial transition.
GP federation seat
Stockton Health (GP federation) + NENC ICB Place Director (Stockton). Holds the registered list, the 2032 trajectory against industrial-transition demographics, and the BCF + ICB + LA pooled-budget conversation.
