Five Elements

purpose75

Long-term-condition density + young population = clearest case for prevention-led INTs.

place70

South Bank to South Circular; mature urban neighbourhoods with deep variation block by block.

habitat65

Burgess Park, Brockwell, Streatham Common; uneven access by ward.

environment60

South Circular and Old Kent Road air-quality corridors persistent.

organisation80

SEL ICB + GSTT + two strong councils: well-resourced governance triangle.

The two seats

Every NNHIP site has, by NHS design, two dominant commissioner seats. Lambeth & Southwark names both.

Acute seat

King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust + Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Holds A&E across two boroughs plus the tertiary-services reach that draws from the wider catchment.

GP federation seat

Lambeth GP Federation + Improving Health Limited (Southwark) + SEL ICB Place Directors. Holds the registered list across two boroughs, the S106 health-investment funding pipeline in active collection, and the cross-borough cumulative read.
