The two seats

Every NNHIP site has, by NHS design, two dominant commissioner seats. Hastings & Rother names both.

Acute seat

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust + Conquest Hospital. Holds A&E for a sharply-defined coastal-deprivation cohort with restricted inland alternatives.

GP federation seat

Hastings & Rother GP federation + East Sussex Place Director + East Sussex DPH. Holds the registered list, the smaller-site fast-cycle delivery, and the TIP chain against the 2032 trajectory.
