The two seats

Every NNHIP site has, by NHS design, two dominant commissioner seats. Bradford names both.

Acute seat

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust + Born in Bradford birth-cohort study. Holds paediatric A&E patterns, the methodological anchor of the longest-running birth cohort in England, and the population-scale paediatric chronic-condition entry point.

GP federation seat

Bradford District and Craven GP Federation + West Yorkshire ICB Place Lead (Bradford). Holds the registered list at multi-generational depth, the long-term cohort follow-through, and the urban-rural geographic split inside the Craven boundary.
