Smarter Supply Chain Assurance
for Advanced Manufacturing
One lens. Two readings. Zero new paperwork. | An invitation to participate in a funded feasibility study
The Challenge
Advanced manufacturers adopting digital twins, AI, and additive manufacturing face a compounding problem: each prime
contractor and Tier 1 customer requires its own evidence of quality systems, process capability, and material
traceability. The underlying data is the same, but the audits are repeated. Our research indicates
15-20% of supply chain management effort is consumed by this duplication — and the more
advanced the capability, the harder it is to evidence consistently.

Our Approach
RiDraw has developed an evidence-based assurance framework built on two innovations:
The TIP Evidence Chain carries two readings. Operationally, TIP is
Tasks → Initiatives → Proof — the evidence chain that structures your capability once and
makes it available securely to authorised parties. Strategically, TIP is
Technology → Investment → Performance — the same evidence demonstrates
innovation readiness and funding alignment.
Five Elements Assessment: Every supply chain node is assessed across Purpose (what you make), Place (where),
Habitat (how), Environment (regulatory context), and Organisation (governance). This creates a complete,
auditable picture — whether the capability is traditional machining or digital twin integration.
